With over 10 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and 6 years in the Army, Kyle is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and former combat medic with an extensive background in safety leadership, environmental protection, and team management. His career includes leading teams in both military and civilian roles, such as EHS Manager in automotive manufacturing and Regional Safety Manager, supported by a Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health. Kyle is also a certified instructor in life-saving skills like First Aid and CPR and has led ISO 14001 and 45001 audits, promoting high standards in safety and environmental compliance.

Erik Koenig

With 17 years in IT management and 14 years of service as a US Army Major, Erik has built a strong foundation in knowledge management, IT infrastructure, risk assessment, and software development. He has led teams in both military and civilian environments, emphasizing innovation and strategic planning to optimize IT systems. Commanding an Advanced Individual Training (AIT) company, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, directly contributing to the professional growth and skill development of new soldiers.

Dr. Cliff W. Bowers

Dr. Bowers holds degrees from Wofford College, Emory University, and the University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also brings knowledge gained as an Army Field Surgeon in a combat zone, a busy emergency medicine specialist, and the always available family doctor in a small rural town.

Dr. Clemmer has worked in engineering and technology for more than 40 years. His experience includes RCRA, CERCLA, wastewater treatment, and air pollution control.  He has also managed the day-to-day technical activities of professionals and technicians.  He has provided technical services on varied types of projects including process design, wastewater permitting, solid waste permitting, federal and state corrective action sites, litigation support, and solid waste treatment and design.

As a bilingual authorized OSHA® safety trainer, Jeff emphasizes prevention. He combines his safety knowledge with language services to provide a unique and crucial service. Safety culture must also embrace linguistic and cultural differences to be successful. As a CCHI Certified Healthcare Interpreter, Jeff Alfonso has witnessed first hand the disastrous results of many workplace injuries. Jeff is the president of Archway Safety Consulting & Language Services.

Tristan Spreng

Tristan is a former combat medic with 7 years of dedicated service, including deployment overseas in Iraq. He specializes in medical training, tactical combat casualty care, and prehospital care, bringing critical skills and experience to high-pressure environments. Known for his expertise in field medicine, Tristan has a strong commitment to preparing others for emergency medical situations, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and readiness to respond effectively.

John now dedicates his skills to training others, specializing in active shooter response and advanced medical training, where he combines real-world experience with practical, hands-on instruction.
